2010-11-18
TAMPA, FL, November 18, 2010 (Press-News.org) EMS Inc., the premier provider of rapid product development equipment and services including Z Corp 3D Printers and 3D Scanners, announced that attendee feedback on their recent 3D Technology Day events has been "staggeringly positive". The events were held from October 26th - November 4th in 6 different cities throughout the southeast.

"Attendee after attendee has remarked to us about the exceptionally high quality of information that was provided to them, not only on EMS's products & services, but on the industry as a whole. Attendees also expressed that they were surprised and unaware of some of the latest technologies advance capabilities and how it can be utilized in their industry", stated Eric Wenham, Marketing & Sales Manager.

"The goal of these events are to help educate EMS's customers and to increase their success with EMS's products and/or services. I think what attendees appreciate the most were the hands on demonstrations and understanding first, how this technology can be adapted to benefit their needs and secondly, how this technology actually works. Just by listening to and talking with so many successful EMS customers, attendees left the events armed with great ideas to implement in their own organizations and also came away highly motivated to do so. Their enthusiasm was contagious", said President & CEO Mark Kemper.

The events highlights included live demonstrations on products that were specific to customers' applications and questions. The products on display were the Z Corp 3D Printer (Z 450), Z Corp 3D Scanner (Z 800), Konica-Minolta 3D Scanner (Range 7), SensAble Technologies, RapidForm software and SpaceClaim CAD software. Attendees also learned how others were using these newest tools with outstanding success. Industries that attended include aerospace; entertainment; forensics; medical; architecture and BIM; telecommunication; marine; consumer products; defense/military; and education.
