ST. LOUIS, MO, November 19, 2010 (Press-News.org) . The new gift shop is conveniently located at 5167 Lemay Ferry Road St. Louis, Missouri 63129. It is at the intersection of Lemay Ferry Road and Butler Hill Road just one half mile east of Interstate 55.

"We are excited to be able to offer our exquisite cookies and gifts in a retail setting," said Melodee Lang, President of The Elegant Cookie. "We wanted our customers to experience firsthand the exceptional quality of our products. "

The new gift shop is filled with wondrous treasures perfect for all of your holiday shopping needs. Decadent cookies, gift baskets, gourmet chocolate and nuts fill the shelves. In addition, fine wines from A. Bommarito Wines will soon be available. The gift shop also offers a plethora of children's books and stuffed animals. In keeping with its tradition of honoring St. Louis, the new gift shop offers a multitude of St. Louis Gateway Arch, Route 66 and other St. Louis souvenirs.

"Our customers will have the option to shop in our elegant, warm and inviting gift shop or to shop in our online store and schedule a pickup at the new location," said Lang. "We offer St. Louis Metro delivery via courier or nationwide delivery via UPS."

The Elegant Cookie bakes all of its cookies, cookie cakes and dessert trays at its Midtown location which is located in the St. Louis Enterprise Center. This center is sponsored by the St. Louis County Economic Council and provides opportunities for start up businesses. The expanded capacity offered by the St. Louis Enterprise Center has given The Elegant Cookie the resources that it needs to be able to supply its new retail location.
