LIVERMORE, CA, November 21, 2010 (Press-News.org) LuvemOrLeavem.com, a relationship advice site for women, has announced the results of their latest survey "When is the Best Month to Break Up?" According to the women surveyed, November is the best month to initiate a break up.
"Our survey results are in direct contrast to the timing that most women choose when deciding when to break up," says Tina Tobin, owner of LuvemOrLeavem.com. "Most women are terrified of being alone for the holidays, so they make the mistake of waiting until January to end a failing relationship."
The survey was conducted over a 6-month period with nearly 300 women responding. The number one reason cited for November being the optimal month to break up was that December provides the most opportunities for singles to meet other singles. The number of social events held during the holiday season is much higher than at any other time of year, according to the respondents.
