Usher has worked tirelessly to help Addison Homes build their business in an economic climate that has led many other builders to shut their doors. Addison Homes has grown consistently year to year, and her contributions, including the development of an educational marketing program about healthy high performance home building, has established Addison Homes as the leader in high performance home building in the Upstate.
Community involvement is also very important to Michelle and Addison Homes. She has served on the board of Safe Harbor since 2009. She is also a member of the Greenville Professional Women's Forum; Greenville Professional Business Women in Action (BWIA) executive committee and is a founding member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
