SAN JOSE, CA, November 21, 2010 (Press-News.org) On Friday December 3 & 10, 1PM PST —ASN will discuss coping mechanism & survival tools and mental soundness in light of today's challenges of unemployment or underemployment, lost wages, family stressors, transition from incarceration, and the role of the church and clinicians.
In this broadcast entitled "Jerry, Jacqui, Judgment, and Jesus" Pastors Ed & Kaye convene a virtual roundtable to provide the listening audience insights into H.E.A.L.T.H.

Jacqueline Williams specializes in Christian counseling for individuals, couples, and groups. Her approach is to help her clients raise their self-awareness about the talents they possess and how they can exercise faith to achieve their personal and professional aspirations. Jacqui has over 18 years of social work and counseling experience gained from a number of private & public agencies. Jacqui received a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University. She has earned an advanced certificate in Bible Studies from The New York School of the Bible and has earned her primary certification in Rational Emotive Therapy from the prestigious Albert Ellis Institute in New York City. She is a SIFI Certified Social Work Field Instructor. Jacqui's passion is serving others and she is a member of The Brooklyn Tabernacle

Jerry Smith Jr., Psy.D is a clinical psychologist with the Federal Bureau of Prisons providing psychological assessment, therapeutic interventions, and expert guidance in managing federal inmates. Dr. Smith conducts psychological evaluations and reports for federal agencies and institutional staff, assesses inmates who may manifest psychosis, suicidal ideation, or other mood disturbances, and provides treatment to inmates experiencing crisis and long-term segregation. Dr. Smith additionally serves as the mental health expert on a Bureau of Prison's regional Hostage Negotiation Team. Dr. Smith received a Doctorate of Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology-Argosy University, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Amberton University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science from Texas A&M University. He additionally has extensive international experience having lived in Greece, Germany, and England.
