MIAMI, FL, November 21, 2010 (Press-News.org) NACHA, the electronic payments association, has selected Revo to lead a presentation about the use of ePayments in the Academic market. This presentation will explore how FIs can capture new bank business in the academic market. Academic institutions represent a valuable market segment for financial institutions; characterized by recurring payment cycles; substantial reserve accounts; and heavy use of other fee-generating services. The Case Study will review implementation of ePayments at a specific school; including what are the value points that a bank can deliver to these customers. The key learning for attendees will include: understanding the academic community needs for payments support from banks in this space, and learning what services matter most to school administrators.
Revo Payments and co-presenter Capstone Education Group will moderate a case study of Monsignor Edward Pace High School. Monsignor Pace High School is a leader in the use and adoption of electronic payments in the academic setting. The case study will review and evaluate a number of ePayment services being used on campus, including: credit card tuition payments, eCheck tuition payments, on-campus stored-value cards, and other electronic payment tools. The benefits of electronic payments for schools include: faster cash flow, lower operating expenses, and happier students and parents.
