Pardee Homes Hosts North County Brokers at Home Tour in Carmel Valley

The working collaboration between Pardee Homes and area real estate agents was celebrated at a five neighborhood home tour held recently in the Carmel Valley area. Pardee hosted a progressive lunch, model home tour and prize drawing that was attended by over 50 area real estate agents. The agents toured Pardee's three neighborhoods in Carmel Country Highlands--Bridle Ridge, Carriage Run and Highlands Village, and Manzanita Trail in nearby Pacific Highlands Ranch and Terramar in Torrey Highlands.

"This was a fabulous opportunity for us to introduce our five new home neighborhoods and spotlight some of our year-end, quick-close homes to local real estate brokers," said Rachel Collins, director of sales for Pardee Homes. Janet Rosen, a Realtor who has been with the Carmel Valley office of Coldwell Banker for eight years, specializes in Carmel Valley and thought the caravan was a good way for the agents to get out there and see what's going on in the new home market.
