ST. PAUL, MN, November 25, 2010 (Press-News.org) Merrill Corporation (www.merrillcorp.com), a leading global provider of technology-enabled services, today announced its Lextranet Certification Program for contract attorney reviewers. Lextranet is a single, secure and scalable online review and hosting platform that provides on-demand access for easy review of small or large document collections. The program will enhance Merrill's integrated hosting and review offering by ensuring that reviewers have the knowledge and skills necessary to maximize the features built into Lextranet.
"As a result of the training, document reviewers using the Lextranet review tool will be able to provide a higher quality and more productive review," says Jim Moore, executive vice president of Merrill Brink International, a subsidiary of Merrill Corporation which provides international translation solutions, as well as contract legal document reviewers.
The first round of certification training will be conducted on Dec. 1, 2010, at Merrill's Boston Review Center. Additional sessions will be held in coming months in major cities across the U.S. and Europe.
The Merrill Lextranet certification program will train reviewers to optimize their review time in Lextranet and will also ensure the reviewers follow best-practices for the most commonly-used tools and features. It will also provide instruction in key features that include:
Visual Clustering - Perform smarter, more efficient reviews with the Lextranet visual clustering feature, which creates a "roadmap" to find the most critical documents first.
E-mail Threading - This feature automatically captures complete e-mail threads and ensures that they are coded uniformly.
Integrated Document Translations - Non-English-language documents are quickly and accurately translated within the document review workflow.
Advanced Video Deposition Editing and Sharing - Users can quickly and easily create clips from video depositions.
These certification programs have limited seats. To register for an upcoming training session, or for more information, e-mail vanessa.vidunas@merrillcorp.com and mention Lextranet Certification.
