LeadMaster's CEO and CMO on SLMA Radio

LeadMaster's CEO and Founder Russell King, and Chief Marketing Officer Andy Brownell make a guest appearance on SLMA's international radio show.

2010-08-29
ROSWELL, GA, August 29, 2010 (Press-News.org) CEO and Founder of LeadMaster Russell King and Chief Marketing Officer Andy Brownell joined SLMA Radio Talk Show host Will Crist for a lively discussion of all things Lead Management on SLMA Radio on August 12, 2010.

A wide variety of topics were discussed including: bridging the gap between sales & marketing, lead aging, the importance of dashboard flexibility, how LeadMaster can be customized for any industry, workflow automation, lead distribution, lead nurturing, marketing ROI and technology advances for the lead management industry.

When talking about LeadMaster's CRM solution Russ King explained how the LeadMaster system is scalable to any size business from startup to Fortune 50. "For lots of startup companies and smaller companies, they don't have the budget to have a CRM tool and not have lead management or a lead centric tool like ours all in one place." Systems like LeadMaster provide tremendous benefit for companies because they can be up and running in a day or two versus traditional systems that may take months or years to deploy.

In talking about innovation and leveraging other people's expertise, Andy Brownell commented, "We (LeadMaster) want to be the world's greatest lead management platform...we measure [our success] in [terms of] customer satisfaction." It's important to have as many of the functions that customers need all in one solution. Why should a customer have to purchase five separate systems for CRM, lead management, email marketing, marketing ROI and web visitor reporting / integration. LeadMaster provides all those solutions in one because customers have asked for them.
