NORFOLK, ENGLAND, December 09, 2010 (Press-News.org) One of Norfolk's most famous seaside venues will be serving up a feast of entertainment for holidaymakers this festive period.
The Hippodrome in Great Yarmouth is preparing to launch its Christmas Spectacular on Saturday December 11th, with shows taking place all the way through to Monday January 3rd.
People staying in Norfolk hotels can expect an exciting and memorable mixture of circus daredevils, acrobats, dancers and comedy acts if they make the trip to the coastal resort.
The tenth Christmas Spectacular to take place at the Hippodrome will feature one of the most thrilling acts ever to have appeared there - Bulgaria's Globe of Death bikers.
From inside a huge steel cage, this trio of stunt riders will perform hair-raising feats for the enjoyment of the audience.
According to the venue, the event is set to be one of the largest Christmas shows in Europe this year and will provide a refreshing change to the traditional festive pantomime.
"The Christmas Spectacular featuring the Globe will be our biggest and most sensational presentation ever," said the Hippodrome's Peter Jay.
Tickets are priced between GBP12.50 and GBP17.50 for adults, while children under 14 can enter for GBP10. Family ticket discounts are also available.
For more information on this event, visit the Hippodrome website or contact the venue on 01493 844172.
