Rachel Ray and Jillian Michaels Highlight the NordicTrack Incline Trainer

LOGAN, UT, December 09, 2010

A contestant on the Rachel Ray show won a NordicTrack Incline Trainer and a consultation with personal trainer, Jillian Michaels, from The Biggest Loser. Marilyn, the contestant that won, was given the NordicTrack machine and a workout plan.

Over the span of four weeks Marilyn was asked to keep a video diary of her weight loss. She was able to use the different levels on the incline trainer to successfully lose weight over the time span of a month.

Marilyn worked hard the first two weeks to lose thirteen pounds. After the first two weeks she experienced a plateau in her weight loss, only losing one pound in the third week. With some added effort Marilyn was able to lose four more pounds in her last week.

Marilyn was able to lose a total of 18 pounds in a month. Marilyn proudly displayed her results on the Rachel Ray show for the world to see.

With the help of an incline trainer, anyone can make their life a little healthier. NordicTrack gladly worked with Rachel Ray to give a contestant the opportunity to make positive changes in his or her life with the incline trainer.

This incline trainer is available to the public. Although everyone will not have the opportunity to work with Jillian or to display their results on the Rachel Ray show, NordicTrack has worked hard to make the incline trainer user friendly and results oriented.
