Sleepless Woman Uses Newly Released SleepTracks to Fight Insomnia and Fragmented Sleep

Newly released audio sessions from SleepTracks help a stay-at-home mom get her sleep and her life back

2010-12-11
QUEBEC, CANADA December 11, 2010 (Press-News.org) Housewives too desperately need sleep. Newly enhanced audio sessions, part of the SleepTracks Sleep Optimization Program, can help women get their sleep and their life back. This online program, whose audio recordings are available in mp3 and CD format, recently upgraded its brainwave entrainment sessions with a unique blend of hypnosis-type voice-over and background sounds. A powerful mix, as Denise Rieb, stay-at-home mom in the small town of Aurora, Colorado, found for herself.

"I wasn't dealing with long-term insomnia but when you can't sleep, even months seem like forever", explains Rieb, who saw her life suddenly get out of balance as restful sleep seemed to elude her more and more. "I was having a great deal of trouble with fragmented sleep, not being able to fall asleep or stay asleep. I was also having panic attacks and ended up thinking I was in a depression."

Denise Rieb adds that her predicament was also very hard for her husband, who had to deal with her wife's sudden depression and lack of energy. But medications were not an option after a first unpleasant attempt: "The doctor gave me a prescription and the first -- and last -- time I used it I had horrible halucinations. Needless to say, that didn't help my insomnia."

She decided to educate herself and use audio sessions instead of sleeping pills. "I started with the "Insomnia Buster" track during the day and used the "Whole Night" track at night. It took me a while to get results, but after about two months I can say that I'm now falling asleep within 5 minutes and sleeping through the night for a good 7-1/2 to 8 hours of sleep. A big thing for me was to learn about the sleep cycles and naps and setting bedtime schedules. I'm not as strict about the clock anymore, but I find I get up around the same time each morning without using my alarm clock anymore."

"Even though I wasn't suffering from insomnia for very long, the SleepTracks Program gave me the knowledge to better my sleep which in turn has made my (and my husband's) life better", concludes Rieb. "I used it for a short time but the results will last me a lifetime."
