Andrew Bers, Sarasota's Short Sale and Foreclosure Expert Announces 2011 Free Seminar Schedule

Certified short sale/foreclosure specialist Andrew Bers, board-certified real estate attorney Steven Greenberg invite homeowners to explore their pre-foreclosure options this coming winter season. New schedule of seminars announced.

SARASOTA, FL, December 12, 2010 (Press-News.org) Andrew Bers, Broker Associate, Prudential Palms Realty, invites homeowners to new free seminars this winter season to help them separate myths from the realities of a short sale. Bers, a certified short sale and foreclosure specialist, will team with board-certified real estate attorney Steven Greenberg of Icard, Merrill, Cullis, Timm, Furen & Ginsburg. The new schedule will cover the entire Sarasota / Bradenton area.

The new season will include: January 25 - Lakewood Ranch, February 8 - Longboat Key, February 22 - Anna Maria Island, March 8 - Siesta Key, March 22 - Venice, April 12 - Bradenton. Seminars start at 6:00 p.m., locations to be announced shortly.

In addition, Bers and Greenberg will discuss ways for homeowners to protect their assets, avoid taxes on a deficiency and head off debt collections after a sale. They will also provide information for potential buyers considering bank-owned properties versus short sales.

"We have set aside ample time for questions after the seminar," Bers says. "Our goal is to help homeowners determine their best course of action. They need to know their options now, to protect their assets and themselves from tax, credit and deficiency judgments."
