SARASOTA, FL, December 14, 2010 (Press-News.org) John Michailidis, Broker Owner, SaraMana Properties, invites homeowners to a free Tele-Seminar on Thursday, December 16th at 7:00 pm, to help separate the facts from fiction regarding foreclosure vs. short sales, as well as alternatives to foreclosure including bankruptcy, deed-in-lieu-of-foreclosure, mortgage modification, or just walking away. Mr. Michailidis, a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law and certified residential specialist, will team with licensed title agent Thomas Heimann to present this free, comprehensive, community outreach event. This is a tele-seminar event, allowing you to dial-in from the phone of your choice. RSVP at www.SaraManaSeminar.com, or call 888-414-6833 ext. "0" and leave your contact info.
According to Mr. Michailidis, "It's a fact that nearly 50% of all Sarasota and Manatee county homeowners are upside-down on their mortgages. Many of these homeowners are finding it impossible to make mortgage payments, and are in need of a reliable source of information to explore their options. We designed this free tele-seminar to guide homeowners through the many traps and pitfalls of the pre-foreclosure process, and to assist them towards making a fresh start. Homeowners facing foreclosure need to know their options NOW, if they are to make the decisions necessary to protect their assets, mitigate damage to their credit, and potentially avoid foreclosure all together."
This free program includes a thorough discussion of the foreclosure process, all of the alternatives to foreclosure, the impact of the various alternatives, and a suggested 3-Step Action Plan for homeowners facing foreclosure. After the presentation the phone lines will be opened to take individual questions from participants.
Those wishing to attend this free tele-seminar may RSVP at www.SaraManaSeminar.com, or by calling and leaving your contact information at 888-414-6833 ext. "0". All attendee will receive a free copy of Mr. Michailidis' eBook, "Should I Short Sale My Home? - A Homeowners Guide to Surviving the Worst Real Estate Market in History."
