He has used the internet exclusively to cull and distribute information for article writing and researching food particulars. He found after interviewing multiple chefs, he knew that the internet was where he ought to go for increasing his interface with reciprocal Foodies. Using the Internet, Michael found he was capable of penning articles at a moment's notice and the complexity of sifting through the information and the time involved to accomplish it bore the idea for Michael's next book. This chapter - Social Media and what it means to you - was written to highlight the "must-haves" and the "have to do's" for any disorientated restaurant-working soul.
