Continental Search & Outplacement, Inc. Welcomes Midwest Headhunter to Team

Winter 2010 - Recruiter Jim Hipskind brings strong client relations and creative marketing to Animal Agriculture Recruiting Firm, Continental Search & Outplacement, Inc.

2010-12-17
BALTIMORE, MD, December 17, 2010 (Press-News.org) Continental Search & Outplacement, Inc. welcomes their second new recruiter since Summer 2010, Jim Hipskind, as the newest member of their team. A Certified Personnel Consultant with over 24 years experience recruiting professionals in the processing, manufacturing, food and agriculture industries, he joins the team at a crucial point in the year and will focus on the swine and poultry markets. One of his many strengths includes developing trustworthy and long lasting relationships with his clients, many of which he has served consistently for over 18 years, to help them maximize their staffing investment.

Daniel C. Simmons, principal of CSO, welcomed his old colleague and friend after a prompting conversation about an opportunity Hipskind was considering through another firm. Understanding the expertise he brought to the table, Simmons offered a proposal to combine the art of working collaboratively with his clients and creatively defining their business needs to identify top prospective candidates, all while working with Continental Search. This was all Hipskind needed to make the decision to join the team in December 2010.

Hipskind has been a trainer/presenter at multiple Top Echelon regional and national conventions. Jim's membership in the National Association of Personnel Services and the Roundtable Leadership Forum keep him abreast of industry best practices allowing him to utilize state-of-the-art techniques and the finest industry ethics when working with clients. He has also been published in the Fordyce Letter, the recruiting industry's top newsletter.
Located in Charlotte, Michigan, Hipskind is eager to implement his philosophy of building long-term working relationships with Continental Search & Outplacement, Inc.

Continental Search & Outplacement, Inc., is a small firm with a large reach, partnering with exceptional companies to identify and recruit top performers for key positions in animal nutrition, animal health and integrated food companies.
