MORRISVILLE, NC, December 23, 2010 (Press-News.org) Fantasy Postseason, LLC announced today that it has opened league registration for the college bowl season and pro football playoffs. Fantasy Postseason fantasy leagues enhance the fun of the postseason, by allowing managers to draft individual players from playoff and bowl rosters.
Fantasy players score points based upon in-game performance such as touchdowns, passing yards, or interceptions. Points accumulate for team managers as their players advance through the playoffs. The manager with the most points or best record at the end is the winner of their league.
Given the nature of the playoffs, Fantasy Postseason leagues require very little time commitment. However, with a robust set of features such as free agency and trades, Fantasy Postseason leagues provide all the tools necessary to keep the fantasy fanatics active throughout the year.
Returning members will enjoy a number of new features added since the conclusion of the baseball playoffs, most notably the support for larger and more flexible leagues.
Fantasy Postseason, LLC focuses on the most important time of year in any sport - the postseason. The Fantasy Postseason website provides fantasy games for all of the major sports postseasons, including the Baseball Playoffs, the College Football Bowl Season, the Pro Football Playoffs, the College Basketball Tournament, the Pro Basketball Playoffs, and the Pro Hockey Playoffs. Court of Appeals Defines the Limits of Who a DUI Defendant Can Confront
2010-12-23
Often, people stopped on suspicion of DUI (driving under the influence) automatically assume they are guilty and that they will just have to accept whatever penalty is given to them. Along with the assumed guilt, people may also presume no defense is available prove innocence or mitigate their consequences. Both of these notions are wrong.
There are many defenses that a person suspected of DUI can bring, from challenging the reason for the initial stop to questioning the accuracy of the blood/breath/urine tests administered to presenting evidence that may explain the ...

Divorce Later in Life: The "Gray Divorce"
2010-12-23
The recent divorce of Al and Tipper Gore seems to be part of a growing trend of couples getting divorced after decades of marriage. So-called "gray divorces" -- adults separating in their senior years -- are becoming more commonplace.

For couples who said their "I Dos" between 1955 and 1984, there has been a 20 percent drop in those marriages reaching their 20th anniversary. This has occurred ...
Driver Fatigue: a Danger to All
2010-12-23
Many drivers do it and do not think twice about it: driving fatigued. What many don't know is that fatigued driving is a safety issue for all on the road, not just those who are tired behind the wheel, and it leads to many accidents, deaths and serious injuries each year.
While it is dangerous any time, driver fatigue becomes even more hazardous when the tired driver is behind the wheel of a big rig.
In 2004, the driver of a pickup truck suffered severe injuries -- a fractured rib and concussion -- and was left with chronic back pain after being rear-ended by a big ...
