Green Real Estate Investment Summit coming this September from Simcoe Consulting

A two-day event taking place in San Diego, CA hosted by Simcoe Consulting's founder, Jim Simcoe. It is designed to help attendees become more successful REIs as they will learn from case studies and others who have succeeded in the field.

ENCINITAS, CA, September 01, 2010 (Press-News.org) Sustainability consultant and real estate investment expert, Jim Simcoe, will be teaching a Green Real Estate Investment Business Summit this September 19th and 20th in San Diego. The event aims at helping its participants become successful green real estate investors.

This event will help entrepreneurs learn how to increase the value of their properties, get buyers, renters, investors, and lenders to compete for their business, leverage the billions of dollars available in rebates, grants, and incentives available to them, understand the basics of green retrofits to create high performance properties, and how to create a sustainable business that supports their and the communities values.

Participants will learn from case studies and hear from a real estate investor who revolutionized his business via green real estate investing.

The event is split up over the course of two days with instruction going from nine in the morning to five in the afternoon each day. It will be hosted at the Catamaran Resort in San Diego and is $697 per person.

The summit is open to any entrepreneurs wishing to get involved in green real estate investment.

Jim Simcoe is the foremost authority on green real estate investment in North America. He has been featured on NBC, Fox, and in Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine, SmartMoney, Bigger Pockets, and EcoHome. Mr. Simcoe is a Certified Green Building Professional, EcoBroker, Real Estate Broker, and serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the first sustainable pre-school in San Diego County, CA.
