Storitz Clients Support Toys for Tots Holiday Drive

This holiday season, Storitz is pleased to announce that many of its clients are lending their facilities as drop off points for the US Marine Corps Reserve's annual Toys for Tots holiday gift drive.

2010-12-24
LOS ANGELES, CA, December 24, 2010 (Press-News.org) Facilities in the HB Storage Investments network as well as Optivest Properties, TNT Management, Price Self Storage in the Los Angeles region, US Storage Centers and AAAA Self Storage are participating the program. Many locations are also offering customer discounts in conjunction with the effort. For instance, if new customers bring a toy for donation to American Self Storage in 29 Palms they can move in to a new storage unit for only $1.

Lisa, a manager at American Self Storage in 29 Palms says her facility is "proud to be a drop site for Toys for Tots. There are many children who will not get a Christmas if we don't come together to help."

Likewise, Price Self Storage in Los Angeles, Rancho Cucamonga and Norco are "excited to join forces with The Marines Toy for Tots by collecting toys and providing drop-off bins at their facilities this holiday season. "

Toys for Tots is a unique program because the toys collected in any given community are distributed to those most in need in that very community rather than being diverted throughout the country. In this way, those generous enough to donate can be assured that they are donating to their neighbors that are most in need and making a direct impact on their own community.

Storitz is honored to add its support to the Toys for Tots program alongside these generous facilities and will continue to aid them in their charitable efforts throughout the year. For its part, Storitz will make a donation directly to the Toys for Tots foundation. Watch the video of the Storitz donation at http://bit.ly/storitz_toys4tots
