One Thousand Ocean attracts nearly 200 brokers and sales agents to event

BOCA RATON, FL, December 25, 2010 (Press-News.org) In early December nearly 200 South Florida real estate professionals previewed a new furnished model residence at One Thousand Ocean, Boca Raton's iconic, ultra-luxurious ocean-to-Intracoastal condominium. The guests then enjoyed cordial hospitality and inspiring ocean views at a cocktail reception in the largest of four of the building's recently released penthouses.

While some of the guests had already seen the first furnished model which opened in April 2010, others had not been in the building in sometime, following its completion in February 2010. They took the opportunity to visit both models during the event and also to check out the beautiful public spaces.
