1200 Hillsboro Mile Attracts Newcomers During Boat Parade Party

Many new faces came out this year for a taste of the wonderful lifestyle that 1200 Hillsboro Mile condominium residents enjoy.

2011-01-01
BOCA RATON, FL, January 01, 2011 (Press-News.org) With the 1200 Hillsboro Mile luxury condominium ideally located for viewing the annual Pompano Beach Holiday Boat Parade, Keyes Company/Realtors recently hosted a reception that attracted many real estate professionals and prospective purchasers who had not previously visited the completed building. Keyes is the exclusive sales agent for the new Intracoastal-to-Ocean property which is situated on a stretch of coastline known as "The Mile" in nearby Hillsboro Beach.

"1200 Hillsboro Mile provides a perfect vantage point for watching decorated yachts cruise along the Intracoastal during the parade, so we again wanted to share this magical experience - and magical setting - with others," said Nita Summers, Director of the Luxury Portfolio, Keyes Company/Realtors. "The reception was held in residence 2301, with its amazing northwest balcony."

Immediately across the hall was a furnished model with the same floor plan that made it easy for guests to envision what it would be like to really live at 1200 Hillsboro Mile.

"Many new faces came out this year for a taste of the wonderful lifestyle that our residents here enjoy. The feedback we heard from guests was that they were very pleased with what they saw. And, they were excited to hear our news about the imminent start of construction on the ocean building just across the street on A1A," Summers added.

The 11-unit, three-story boutique Intracoastal building is more than half sold and ground has been broken on the 18-unit ocean building. Purchase opportunities for three-bedroom, two and one-half bath residences are currently available in both buildings. Averaging approximately 2,000 square feet, with oversized, covered terraces that extend the living space to the outdoors, residences are offered from $649,900 to $1,200,000 in the Intracoastal building, and from $1,295,000 in the east/ocean building.

"Among advantages of living at 1200 Hillsboro Mile is that occupants don't have the hassles of single-family home ownership," said David DePaolo, executive vice president for Marrano/Marc Equity Corporation, the number-one homebuilder in Western New York State. Its affiliate, 1200 Hillsboro Mile LLC, is the developer of the1200 Hillsboro Mile boutique waterfront property.

"The condominium association handles the grounds and other common area maintenance, so residents have more time to enjoy the pleasures of South Florida - the water, the great climate, the attractions, great dining and shopping, and so much more. If they want to travel, they lock their door and leave without worry," DePaolo continued. "Plus, owners aren't strapped with the exorbitant condo association fees that full-service buildings charge. Yet the Intracoastal building provides an array of amenities including a media/social club room with an entertainment deck, fitness center, dock for visitors' boats, covered underground parking, outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and pool house, and private, deeded beach access.

Hillsboro Mile is a desirable residential area comprised of waterfront condominiums and multi-million-dollar single-family homes. It is located midway between Boca Raton and Deerfield Beach to the north and Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale to the south.

For more information, call Director of Sales Yanina Aranes at (786) 389-1877 or (954) 418-8033, or visit http://www.1200hillsboromile.com. Broker participation is welcome. Hours are from noon until 5 p.m. 7 days a week.
