The Real World Leader's Institute Takes New Year's Resolutions And Turns Them Into Think BIG Innovations

NASHUA, NH, January 02, 2011 (Press-News.org) Nashua New Hampshire—Debora McLaughlin, Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant is kicking off 2011 with three Think BIG Innovation Day events. Think BIG Innovation Days are designed to challenge participants to think bigger and go beyond their typical New Year's resolution. The Think BIG Innovation Days are high energy, collaborative, creative goal setting and planning days that take your typical goal plan and stretch it beyond its limits.

Debora McLaughlin, CEO of Nashua based Open Door Coaching and co-founder of the Real World Leader's Institute notes "the New Year always offers a sense of optimism and many individual commit themselves to resolutions.
