NASHUA, NH, January 02, 2011 (Press-News.org) Nashua New Hampshire—Debora McLaughlin, Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant is kicking off 2011 with three Think BIG Innovation Day events. Think BIG Innovation Days are designed to challenge participants to think bigger and go beyond their typical New Year's resolution. The Think BIG Innovation Days are high energy, collaborative, creative goal setting and planning days that take your typical goal plan and stretch it beyond its limits.
Debora McLaughlin, CEO of Nashua based Open Door Coaching and co-founder of the Real World Leader's Institute notes "the New Year always offers a sense of optimism and many individual commit themselves to resolutions. The Think BIG Innovation Day brings together a powerful process, people and the challenge of really stretching beyond what they have done in the past, pushing out boundaries and limits, going beyond to create Think BIG goals for 2011." The added component of co-creating with others helps participants both create and establish a system for achieving their stated goals.
Having assisted organizations nationwide to achieve amazing results McLaughlin knows that the largest impact comes from individuals and teams thinking bigger than ever before. To accommodate this popular event, Think Big Days are scheduled live in Nashua New Hampshire on January 19th at the Holistic Self Care Center in Nashua, in New Jersey on January 26th and a virtual event via telephone will be held January 18th. Events will be facilitated by McLaughlin and co-founder of the Real World Leader's Institute, Donna Price, a trained facilitator in Open Space Technology . Price says: "Out of the day emerge innovations that surprises even their creators plus the energy of the group, the facilitated process, the brainstorming and masterminding all work together to help people create action plans for their Think BIG goals that are truly extraordinary."
People that write down their goals are more likely to achieve them. The Think Big events goes beyond that by offering an opportunity to talk about, gain feedback from and be challenged by others to establish big goals and to be given a system in which to make achievement a reality.
