SANIBEL, FL, January 06, 2011 (Press-News.org) Food service companies, Franklin Foodservice Solutions, announces the release of a Cost-to-Serve report that contains the published, three year results of food service manufacturer benchmarking studies. The report will assist food service manufacturers in accurately and efficiently evaluating their costs to see exactly where funds are being allocated. "The report includes aggregated information from more than 20 detailed studies," said Dave Dewalt of Franklin Foodservice Solutions. Our goal is to provide this information as a resource for food service companies, allowing them to run a more efficient and cost effective business."

The Cost-to-Serve study is aimed at helping manufacturers understand their total cost-to-serve, from order to cash.
