Located on a cobbled street in the heart of South Kensington and constructed behind its original façades, Queen's Gate Mews consists of three luxury mews houses all designed and finished tothe very highest standards.
GQ Design in Saffron Walden were given a brief which was to create a brand and deliver a web design for the development that captured the bespoke style and character of the houses. The properties were aimed at the most exclusive end of the market and it was essential the materials we conceived and produced embodied the luxury interiors and lifestyle that the houses promised.
The project required a complete marketing rollout and strategy including brand identity, brochure, website, print adverts and posters. To meet the requirements of the brief and appeal to the target audience, the team at GQ created an understated, high-class identity that could be applied to every part of the marketing process and supporting collateral. Of particular note was the brochure we created. A hand-made, suede embossed, case bound document perfectly captured the quality of the properties and worked in harmony with the rest of the promotional materials to create the perfect impression.
