Learn360 Can Now Be Integrated with Follett Destiny's One Search

Instant Access to Premium Content for Students, Teachers

ST. LOUIS, MO, September 02, 2010

Learn360 (www.learn360.com), an interactive media-on-demand service, can now be incorporated into Follett Destiny's One Search, a search engine used by schools to compile their acquired resources. Schools that have Destiny's One Search will have the ability to integrate their Learn360 search results into the One Search database, providing a seamlessly integral pathway from Destiny's Library Manager to Learn360's content.

"Partnering with Learn360 allows our educators and teachers to more easily collaborate on activities that impact student achievement," said Lisa Blakely, product manager of Follett Software Company. "We're continually seeking to broaden our reach to both educators and students. By providing schools with instant access to a wider variety of resources, we further our mission of educational excellence in a technology-driven environment."

This new collaboration allows students and teachers to easily search for their Learn360 content in tandem with other library content. Similar to Learn360, Destiny's One Search is available anywhere there is an Internet connection, so the K-12 digital community will be able to conveniently access a comprehensive yet familiar platform while enhancing their learning and research experience.

"This partnership is consistent with Learn360's mission to provide a digital streaming service that's both user-friendly and accessible," said Chris Sanborn, president and COO of Learn360. "Enabling users to search for Learn360 content within Destiny's One Search will save them valuable time while also providing top quality educational content and resources."

Learn360 provides customers with over 8,400 digital video titles, 21,000 video clips and thousands of images, articles, audio files and podcasts. These trusted resources are provided by top educational publishers such as the Britannica Concise Encyclopedia (over 25,000 articles); AETV, which includes A&E, Biography and History Channel; Weston Woods, PBS, WGBH, Sunburst Visual Media, National Geographic, and audio files from Scholastic Audio, among many others.
