Time management expert, Paula Eder, PhD, teams up with soulful coach, Joanna Lindenbaum, M.A., to offer a class on how to tap into your intuition and find time to live a life aligned with your inner wisdom and your deepest goals.

2010-09-02
FRANCESTOWN, NH, September 02, 2010 (Press-News.org) How was your day today? If your answer is an uninspired: "you know, the same old," you may be missing out on living your soul' s deep inner purpose. Now two renowned experts offer practical help to show you how to tap straight into your intuition, gain deeper understanding of how to accomplish your dream goals, and help you live a more joyful, successful life aligned with your inner wisdom.

Paula Eder, Ph.D., time management expert and founder of Finding Time, LLC, teams up with soulful coach, Joanna Lindenbaum, M.A., to offer a free teleclass called Activating Your Inner Wisdom: How to Bring Joy and Success into Your Life, on Tuesday, September 14th at 7pm EST. For those who sign up at http://thetimefinder.com/FTInterview.html, the class will be available in mp3 format in case one misses the exact interview time.

As the seventh class in her monthly Finding Time EducationRich and HeartBased Interview Teleseries, Eder's latest interview expands on ways to spend one' s time in a meaningful, purposeful and soulfully aligned way. The premise of the class is that even the smallest, most seemingly insignificant choices we make every day have powerful effects on every aspect of our lives. These choices can either have an undermining, or a nourishing and sustaining effect, it all depends on whether they are being made from a place of inner wisdom.

Lindenbaum's journey took her from a successful career as a museum curator to the path of her life's passion which she says happened only by listening to her inner wisdom. "I now teach and coach women how to accomplish their big goals and dreams while also feeling balance and joy in their personal lives," Lindenbaum says. "In order to do that it is so vitally important to make time for yourself, listen to your intuition, and act from your heart." Lindenbaum compiled her personal and professional experience into a program called Woman Wisdom Success Principles, some of which she will share on this class.

Topics Eder and Lindenbaum will discuss include:

* Methods for tapping into your intuition so that you can begin making aligned decisions immediately
* How to gain deeper understanding of how and why you are sabotaging your biggest goals
* How to activate your inner wisdom to vision exactly what you'd like for yourself moving forward.

In the teleclass, Activating Your Inner Wisdom, Eder and Lindenbaum draw on their 47 years of combined experience to show those with buried dreams and passions how to make living their life's purpose an integral part of their daily schedule.
