The Rushlight Awards are honours which are bestowed upon companies whose achievements or innovations are of direct environmental benefit. There are nearly three dozen categories spanning all types of ecologically significant contributions, plus the big prize, the Overall Award, which is presented to the most impressive sub-category winner. Prizes on offer range from consultancy and IT services to accountancy and marketing assistance, and Eco Trans has also introduced its own prize.
The winner of one category will be invited to take advantage of the Eco Trans prize of a free translation of any description involving any language combination. The translation, whether it be technical, legal, environmental or indeed any type of translation, will be approximately 10,000 words worth in the region of GBP1,000 and is expected to be a very popular prize. Eco Trans will then utilise their extensive network of language professionals to meet the requirements of the award winner before returning a high-quality translation to the victor.
Eco Trans was founded by Roy Allkin and Anna Bastek to provide a full range of language services within the green sector of the economy.
