Risk Management Associates Supports Troops with Benefit Lunch for USO-NC

Raleigh Security Consultants to Donate Proceeds from September 8th BBQ Lunch to USO-NC

CARY, NC, September 03, 2010 (Press-News.org) On Wednesday, September 8th at 11:30 AM, Risk Management Associates, Inc. (RMA) will host a benefit BBQ lunch for the USO-NC in the parking lot of the WestChase II offices. All proceeds from the lunch event will be donated to the USO-NC, and will be used to benefit North Carolina military personnel.

USO-NC President John Falkenbury will speak briefly on ways to support America's troops. Honorees at the lunch will include fifteen members of the U.S. military from North Carolina who have recently returned from tours of duty in Iraq.

"We are so pleased to be supporting the USO-NC and all the military personnel their organization benefits," said Mike Longmire, President of RMA. "We believe it is our civic duty to honor and support those who ensure our freedom and protect this great nation, and we think this lunch will be a fun way to do that." Under Longmire's direction, RMA has become a long-time corporate supporter of the USO-NC, and has sponsored several events benefitting the organization.

The lunch will be catered by Backyard Bistro, and will consist of a traditional BBQ menu, including pork BBQ, coleslaw, potato salad, rolls, and dessert. Tickets are just $10 per person and can be purchased through RMA until Tuesday, September 7th by calling (919) 834-8584 or emailing tivey@rmasecurity.com.
