Adaptik Named One of the Best Places to Work in PA 2010

Adaptik Corporation has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for 2010.

BETHLEHEM, PA, September 03, 2010

Adaptik Corporation has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for 2010.The Best Places to Work in PA identifies, recognizes and honors the best places to be employed in Pennsylvania, benefiting the state's economy, its workforce and businesses.

The Best Places to Work in PA program is a public/private partnership between Team Pennsylvania Foundation, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development and the Central Penn Business Journal. Created in 2000, it is one of the first statewide programs of its kind in the US.

"We are honored to be named one of the best places to work in Pennsylvania," said Laura C. Ford, VP of Product Management at Adaptik Corporation. "It is a testament to the talented team we have at Adaptik, and the great work that is generated here."

Companies from across the state entered the two-part process to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in PA. This included an evaluation of each company's workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems and demographics and an employee survey. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process.

To be considered for participation, companies had to fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

- Have at least 25 employees in Pennsylvania
- Be a for-profit or not-for-profit business
- Be a publicly or privately held business
- Have a facility in Pennsylvania
- Be in good standing with Commonwealth agencies under the Governor's jurisdiction.

Adaptik will be recognized at the Best Places to Work in PA evening awards ceremony on Tuesday, November 30, 2010, at the Lancaster County Convention Center in Lancaster, PA. Rankings will be revealed at the ceremony.
