Doctors Promote Insect Screens to Prevent Spreading Disease

With rise of infectious diseases due to mosquitoes and other blood dependent insects, doctors are recommending the addition of insect screens in the home.

2011-01-16
ATLANTA, GA, January 16, 2011 (Press-News.org) Mosquitoes may not be the most terribly dangerous insect on the face of the planet, but they are proving to be a large threat to the health and safety of many families. Doctors are noticing a growing regularity of infectious diseases due to mosquitoes as well as other blood-suck insects. Mostly occurring in households without proper insect screen additions to their home patio enclosures, doctors have chimed in on an increasing number of reports on sicknesses such as yellow fever, malaria and even dengue or rift valley fever over the last year.

Doctors point out that families without an insect screen and insect screen to their patio enclosures and other home extensions may find themselves extremely vulnerable to infectious diseases from mosquitoes. And since children and young teens are the most vulnerable to diseases of this kind, concerned parents are advised to have an insect screen set added to their patio enclosures and home extensions as soon as possible. Doctors point out that the summer time is when the diseases are most likely to occur, when mosquitoes and other insects use the humidity, dampness and heat to breed and multiply. Doctors advise a high amount of caution to families during this time.

Homes with ponds, swimming pools and other bodies of water will benefit from the addition of an insect screen to patio enclosures or to any number of other areas of the home. Since mosquitoes and other insects of the sort use damp, wet and moist areas to breed and thrive, families are cautioned to have proper insect screen protection for those areas, as well as the rest of the house.

Although insect repellant may also act as an effect insect deterrent, studies have shown that it still does not compare to effectiveness of an insect screen when installed in patio enclosures.

Insect screen specialist Mosquito Curtains Inc., has been providing the perfect solution to the winged pests by offering quality and cost-effective insect screen improvements to home patio enclosures and a variety of different home additions for a number of years. Being a family-owned business on its own, Mosquito Curtains Inc. recognizes the importance of protecting the family from infectious diseases and harmful insects.

Doctors are quick to recommend contacting insect screen suppliers such as the Atlanta-based Mosquito Curtains Inc, to improve and protect your patio enclosures, verandas, gazebos and other home extensions in an effort to stave off the spread of infectious diseases.

One, it can be given to a cause such as Goodwill or perhaps the Salvation Army. Two, it can be tossed out. That would stop the figurative hemorrhaging immediately. Zero profit, but then no additional deficits ...
