June 11, 2010: DeGo-Media is pleased to announce the release of its new Video Converter, a versatile tool that will not only allow the conversion of videos from one format to another, but also includes a suite of editing tools that allow users to edit and create their own video products.

While the main purpose is to edit and convert video files from one format to another, the program is extremely versatile and has widespread applications for video production. All popular video formats are supported, including DVD, AVI, QuickTime Video (MOV, QT, MP4 and M4V), MPEG, WMV, FLV, Matroska Video (MKV), RealVideo (RM and RMVB), Mobile Video (3GP and 3G2), AMV, HD video (H.264/AVC, AVCHD/MTS/M2TS, TOD/MOD and TS) and more. All video and audio codecs are also supported, including DivX, H.264/AVC, MP3 and AAC.

This tool can also be used to create video for practically any multimedia device. Among the devices supported are DVD players, iPod/iPhone, Sony PlayStation, PSP, any phone or smartphone, Xbox, Zune, Archos, iRiver, Creative Zen, Blackberry and MP4 players, to name but a few.

In addition, the DeGo Video Converter has the ability to download videos from Youtube, save them to computer, convert them into any video format, including for DVD, and to burn them to disk using the built-in DVD/CD writing utility.

Some of the special features users will find in this new software are to remove, edit and add an audio track to existing video, as well as the ability to edit individual frames of a video. Similarly, it has the capacity to stitch individual clips from multiple sources together to create a seamless customized video or to split a video clip that may be too long into multiple parts, designated by size or by markers.

All these features are quick, simple and intuitive, allowing for the production of high quality professional video with the minimum of technical fuss. The advanced export presets then allow the final product to be created in any format and for any popular device. Quality can be defined to allow for fast videos for online use or high quality videos for DVD or other multimedia purposes.

DeGo Video Converter is considered reliable and stable and also is fully Microsoft Windows compatible.
