RENTON, WA, January 19, 2011 (Press-News.org) Local personal trainer and fitness boot camp instructor Luka Hocevar has run the most successful fitness transformation contests around. Hocevar and his Results Boot Camp team are at it again with an 8-week transformation contest starting January 22nd, to get his clients beach body ready for spring break. The top prize for the contest is valued at over $2,000.
"It can sometimes be difficult to find the motivation to both get into shape and to stay in shape," Hocevar says. "It's critical to implement some friendly competition and include some powerful incentives to push people to achieve things far beyond their wildest fitness aspirations. It's great to get a group of highly motivated people together to work diligently to achieve something extraordinary. Hocevar couldn't be more proud of the fact that some of his training staff consists of former clients turned trainers who have themselves overcome the burdens of being overweight.
