Hotels-London.co.uk - Go Wild at the Sing A Long A Rocky Horror Picture Show in London

Fans of The Rocky Horror Picture Show may want to book tickets to an upcoming event that celebrates the songs in the film.

2011-01-21
LONDON, ENGLAND, January 21, 2011 (Press-News.org) Sing-A-Long-A Rocky Horror Picture Show will give fans of the cult movie the chance to belt out all the classic tunes from the film without any complaints from fellow audience members.

In fact, anyone heading to the screenings from their London hotel may struggle to have their voice heard during the film, as everyone is encouraged to get involved.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show has enjoyed enduring appeal thanks to its no-holds-barred campness and excellent tunes, with both of these features celebrated at the events at London's Prince Charles Cinema.

"Your live host will lead you through a choral warm-up, judge the fancy dress competition and award prizes, but it is you the audience who are the stars as you howl the night away," explained the organisers.

Fans of the film staying at nearby accommodation such as the Tophams Belgravia Hotel London can catch the show on February 11th and April 4th 2011.

Even if people do not know all of the words to songs such as the Time Warp, Dammit Janet and I Can Make You A Man, they will be able to sing along, as the lyrics will appear at the bottom of the screen.

The original film was released in 1975 and starred Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon, Barry Bostwick and Richard O'Brien, who also wrote the flick.

For more information on this event, visit the Sing-A-Long-A Rocky Horror Picture Show website or contact the venue on 020 7494 3654.
