SAN DIEGO, CA, January 21, 2011 (Press-News.org) The question business executives are asking, in the wake of the worst recession in memory, is this: Is it better to lease or buy commercial property in 2011 and where in Europe should I be spending my money?

In an unstable economic climate, each investment needs to be thoroughly considered by any company large or small. With few exceptions, property is the largest outlay for any business, whether one is considering rental costs or investment in property. After a tumultuous couple of years Business Review Europe decides to re-investigate the commercial property market in Europe attempting to answer the question: "In a recession market, where does property stand in 2011 for the investor looking to put his money where his mind is - should it be in leasing or should it be in buying commercial property?'

With commercial property prices at the lowest they have been for a long time, the general consensus is that if companies can afford to buy their commercial property they should do. However, saying that, it is unadvisable to purchase property if you are a young or recovering company. If purchasing property is going to affect the growth of the company for more than one financial year, our experts would strongly advise leasing company premises in the immediate future.
