Cade joins the company with over 30 years' experience in maintenance, purchasing and safety. Prior to USA, he was Director of Maintenance at Service Master, Executive VP Maintenance & Purchasing for Arrow Trucking, and VP Maintenance at Ryder Systems.

The new luxury student housing complex, The Varsity, announced today that the Baltimore-based convenience store chain Royal Farms will open a store in the street level of the building.
