LONDON, ENGLAND, January 23, 2011 (Press-News.org) Ruth suffers a mental breakdown when her behaviour grows increasingly bizarre as she begins seeing and hearing imaginary things.
'I like the fact that we're showing a medical practitioner in this situation,' Georgia Taylor, who plays the doctor, tells TV Choice. 'It's also good to show that mental illness doesn't discriminate.'
Meanwhile, nurse Kirsty's husband is becoming more violent towards her.
'I hope that if women who are suffering see the show, and relate to Kirsty in any way, it might spur them to get help,' adds Lucy Gaskell, who plays Kirsty.
Also in this week's TV Choice, Robson Green talks about joining supernatural drama Being Human, while Dakota Blue Richards is among the new cast of teen drama Skins. Jonathan Rhys Meyers is back to play Henry VIII one last time in The Tudors, while Edie Falco returns as Nurse Jackie.
Vanessa Feltz previews her new daytime show, and Gok Wan styles the nation once more in Gok's Clothes Roadshow.

Mandy has second thoughts about revenge on Tony in Hollyoaks, and in Doctors Karen decides to have an abortion. Summer collapses in Neighbours, while Bianca's feelings for Liam resurface in Home And Away.
There is also a fantastic Sony HD TV and Blu-ray home cinema system to be won in this week's TV Choice competition.
