Just communicating what you are feeling has a way of de-stressing know. Knowing you're not alone makes the stress feel less burdensome and also brings you emotionally closer to your partner."

Dr. Patty Ann also explains that it's necessary to keep stressors in perspective of our entire life and remember that not all stressors have equal weight or equal value.
