Crystal Pharmatech to Provide Solid State Characterization Training to Chinese Pharma Customers

Crystal Pharmatech Co., Ltd has reached an agreement with Siber Hegner China (A Division of Siber Hegner Ltd.) to provide in-depth solid state characterization training to their large base of Chinese Pharmaceutical Customers.

2011-01-27
JIANGSU, CHINA, January 27, 2011 (Press-News.org) Crystal Pharmatech Co., Ltd has reached an agreement with Siber Hegner China (A Division of Siber Hegner Ltd.) to provide in-depth solid state characterization training to their large base of Chinese Pharmaceutical Customers.

Siber Hegner China is the exclusive distribution vendor for many solid state characterization instruments including particle size analyzers, density meters, polarimeter, contact-angle measurement devices, BET, in addition to many other professional analytical Instruments.

"The Chinese government is investing heavily in the pharmaceutical industry and desires to enhance the R&D capability of China based companies." explains Alex M. Chen, CEO of Crystal Pharmatech Co., Ltd. "High-quality drug discovery and development of innovative drugs is currently in an infancy phase in China. This is due in part to a large gap in understanding for API and drug product development. While China based companies have the capital to purchase solid-state characterization equipment, they don't necessarily understand how to use it or realize the true value of the data generated."

"Crystal Pharmatech Co., Ltd is currently the only high-quality, dedicated solid state characterization company based in China. Our researchers have extensive experience with API and drug product development. Whether you are a top-tier innovator company or a pre-emerging biotech, Crystal Pharmatech can handle all of your solid-state property needs. We offer a full range of services from being the solid state characterization arm of your company to consultation or training on a specific issue. "

"The trainings we provide are very extensive and focus on problem solving in addition to providing real "case studies" from the pharma industry. One of our missions is to aid China based pharma companies in "catching up" with western pharma companies in discovery and development of innovative drugs. We believe that our training and experience will be critical to this mission."

With this agreement in place, Crystal Pharmatech Co., Ltd will provide seminars and lectures to Siber Hegner customers during instrument demo sessions. Crystal Pharmatech Co., Ltd seminars will focus on application of instruments and their value to API and drug development processes.

"With our deep understanding of solid state characterization and our years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Crystal Pharmatech Co., Ltd can provide the appropriate training to Siber Hegner customers to really allow them to utilize their equipment to its' fullest potential. With this agreement, Crystal Pharmatech Co., Ltd will continue to build our reputation among all China based customers. While other companies in China can provide training on operating the instruments, Crystal Pharmatech Co., Ltd will delve into the application of these instruments towards problem solving in the pharma industry. This will include developing, validating, and transferring methods, but first and foremost we will show these companies, how to interpret the data they generate!"
