Eating primarily foods high in protein can also help produce smelly sulfur compounds in the mouth." This type of bad breath isn't primarily a dental health problem, but you can improve the smell with a couple ...

New Florida Law Permits Device to Monitor Repeat DUI Offenders

2010-09-04
A new law will allow a person who has as many as four DUI convictions to regain their right to drive, but it also includes the requirement that an ignition interlock system be installed on the vehicle. The ignition interlock prevents the car from starting if the person attempting to drive has alcohol on their breath. While the law will allow a person with four DUI convictions to get their license back, even anti-drunk driving organizations generally find this better than simply revoking the license, because the ignition interlock allows monitoring, and it is hoped, a ...

Huge Changes in California DUI License Sanctions for Second Offenders

2010-09-04
In California, DUI offenses are currently "priorable" if they follow a DUI violation date within the previous ten years. This ten-year period is an extremely long duration time. Years ago, DUI's were priorable for five years, then more recently, for seven years. For what seemed like eons, the driver's license sanction for a second priorable DUI offense was a hard and complete one year license suspension, whereafter one could pursue a restricted license, provided they met certain conditions. For what seemed like eons, the drivers license sanction for a third priorable ...

Options for Delivering a Baby After a C-section

2010-09-04
For nearly a generation, the majority of women who have had cesarean birth have been told by the medical establishment that any future births will also have to be C-sections. This advice was based primarily on the belief that a VBAC - vaginal birth after cesarean- might cause the scar from the previous cesarean to rupture. The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) now says that statistics show there is less than a 1% chance of the scar rupturing, so more women should be allowed to choose a VBAC rather than opting for a scheduled cesarean. This statistical ...
