Children's Physicans Medical Group Sponsors Community Meet and Greet at EastLake Tavern + Bowl

In an effort to help spread awareness about their organization, CPMG is hosting a night of bowling, pizza, salad, and drinks.

2011-01-28
SAN DIEGO, CA, January 28, 2011 (Press-News.org) Children's Physicians Medical Group (CPMG) will be hosting a meet and greet and a night of fun for kids and parents at the EastLake Tavern + Bowl at 881 Showroom Place in Chula Vista, CA from 4 to 8 pm on Thursday, February 24th. There will be bowling, pizza, salad, and drinks, courtesy of CPMG, for meet and greet attendees.

While at the event, parents will have the opportunity to meet pediatrician Dr. Abraham Broudy, a CPMG physician, and his staff, who maintain an office nearby in EastLake.

As a long time resident and native of Chula Vista and San Diego, Dr. Broudy grew up in the community he now serves. He graduated from Chula Vista High School and twice from the University of San Diego, once for undergraduate studies and again for medical school. He describes his Chula Vista pediatric office as much more than a place of business, and encourages a family and community atmosphere among his staff and patients. With such a long history in the local area, Dr. Broudy is specially equipped to handle the unique concerns of area pediatric parents.

The EastLake Tavern + Bowl meet and greet with Dr. Broudy's office and other CPMG staff is one in a series of events to connect area parents and children with the wonderful resources CPMG has to offer. What makes CPMG different from other physician groups is that children's health is their only focus.

Community awareness of CPMG has grown in recent months thanks to a vigorous social media campaign sponsored by the organization. CPMG utilizes popular social networking sites like Facebook and YouTube to deliver a broad range of children's health information to anyone with an Internet connection or capable mobile device. This meet and greet is an opportunity for some of CPMG's virtual fans and followers to meet one another in a safe and fun environment.

Parents or guardians who are looking for a pediatrician in their area, or recently had a change in health plans, are welcome to attend this family event and have their questions answered.

CPMG has over 140 affiliated pediatricians and over 150 pediatric specialists in 27 specialties located throughout San Diego and Southern Riverside Counties. Along with the abundance of information available to parents on CPMG's website http://www.cpmgsandiego.com , CPMG can also refer parents to trusted pediatric specialists affiliated with Rady Children's Hospital-San Diego.

The meet and greet planned for Thursday, February 24th, is CPMG's opportunity to interact with parents and kids in a fun and relaxed environment.
