RANDOLPH, NJ, January 31, 2011 (Press-News.org) A fat-burning, fitness enthusiast's best friend is to "work like a dog" through short, intense 45 minute workouts that accommodate the busiest schedules and lead to fast results. "Consistently pushing yourself under proper supervision will get you the most out of your session," says Arnel Ricafranca, founder of Fitness VIP and the NJ Fit Boot Camp. Moreover, personalized, experienced fitness attention need not be expensive.
In mid February Arnel is opening a new, indoor fitness boot camp facility where people in small, energizing groups capped at 12 members per instructor will receive personal attention for a fraction of the cost of a personal training session. The approach is heavily focused on metabolism boosting exercises that work the whole body and constantly change to prevent hitting a plateau or ever getting bored. The philosophy is to help individuals make health and fitness a permanent part of their lives through empowering them to nourish their bodies and develop an effective exercise plan.
Arnel has been a fitness boot camp instructor for the past 5 years, featured in Morris Health and Life, New Jersey Life, The Best of Morris Magazine, New Jersey radio 101.5, and more. Arnel also publishes an online fitness newsletter called "Abs Secrets" that is enjoyed by half a million readers in over 170 countries. He has a degree in Exercise Science with multiple personal training and nutrition certifications.
This year, give yourself a fighting chance at sticking to your New Year's resolution!
