In order to capture the true essence of Capriotti's, guests should become adventurous and try one of their signature Cap's Specials, including the Capastrami (hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing, and cole slaw) and the Slaw Be Jo (homemade roast beef, provolone cheese, Russian dressing, and cole slaw).
