PEARLAND, TX, February 04, 2011 (Press-News.org) For women who are looking to transform their appearance in the new year, breast augmentation is one of the procedures that can make the most dramatic difference in how they look and how they feel about their appearance. Women who are looking to take this step in the New Year can now do it for less at the Plastic Surgery Institute of Southeast Texas. Board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Leo Lapuerta is performing breast augmentation at a discounted rate for all patients who have their breast augmentation performed by March 1, 2011.
The discounted rates being offered are:
- $4900 for breast augmentation with saline breast implants
- $5900 for breast augmentation with silicone breast implants
These prices are all-inclusive, meaning there will be no extra surgical center, anesthesia, or material fees for the procedure. Patients who have questions about the details of fees should contact the Plastic Surgery Institute of Southeast Texas.
"We want to make quality services affordable," says Dr. Lapuerta. "We understand that people may have less disposable income these days than in the past, so we're making it a priority to reach out and make our procedures affordable."
Breast augmentation uses breast implants to increase the size and improve the shape of women's breasts. Complications are uncommon. Potential complications include changes in nipple sensation, infection, and capsular contracture.

Stricter Motorcycle Helmet Laws: A Focus for the NTSB in 2011
2011-02-04
As we already know, North Carolina law requires all bikers to wear an approved helmet while riding.
