The Tides at Town Center, located in Calabash, NC; Sumerlyn, located in Raleigh, NC; and Windjammer and Heron Reserve, both located in Charleston, SC have joined the Drucker & Falk family of managed communities.

On the North Carolina coast, The Tides at Town Center is a brand new community, now leasing 168 one and two bedroom apartment homes. With a resort location and outstanding amenities, The Tides at Town Center will bring stylish luxury rental living to the Calabash area, near Ocean Isle Beach, NC and North Myrtle Beach, SC. Another new community, managed by Drucker & Falk and slated to open in March, is Sumerlyn Apartments. Sumerlyn will feature 124 apartments off of Rock Quarry Road in the city's southeast corridor.
