Escaped To Peru Tours Supported By Peruvian Government For Travel Show

Tour Operator Escaped To Peru has received the support of Peruvian Government agency Prom Peru in the lead up to their attendance at the New York Times Travel Show.

2011-02-06
CUSCO, PERU, February 06, 2011 (Press-News.org) Tour Operator Escaped To Peru will be working in conjunction with Peruvian Government agency Prom Peru, it was revealed today.

Exhibiting as the only tour operator for Peru at the popular New York Times Travel Show, Managing Director Gary Sargent applauded the support of the Peruvian Government.

"Prom Peru are keen to encourage more tourists to visit Peru, and not just to trek the Inca Trail and visit the famous archaeological site of Machu Picchu," Mr. Sargent explained.

"Peru is a hugely varied travel destination, and the majority of travelers don't realize what is available to them in terms of Peru vacations," he continued.

Prom Peru is providing Escaped To Peru with audiovisual aids, posters and maps. This will assist Escaped To Peru in a comprehensive presentation of the options open to travelers when the New York Times Travel Fair opens its doors on February 25th 2011.

"We have secured a great location in the Central and South America area, stand 547. I will be there in person offering my expertise and enthusiasm, as well as travel-related gifts and plenty of tour information. As we are the only operator covering Peru, I am optimistic that the Show will be an excellent source of new business," Mr. Sargent said.

"As many consider the New York Times Travel Show to be the most important consumer and trade show of the year, I am excited to have the opportunity to exhibit," he added.

To celebrate Escaped To Peru's attendance, visitors can enjoy a 5% discount on all tours booked at the Show.

The New York Times Travel Show will take place in the Jacob K. Javitz Convention Centre, New York City between the 25th and 27th February. Children under 18 are admitted free. Visitors can explore over 500 destinations across the globe, attend travel seminars with experts such as Adam Richman and attend live cultural performances and culinary presentations.

Gary Sargent is the Managing Director of the Escaped To Latin America Group. Gary has lived in Latin America since 1998 and is an expert in all things Latino - this is why his clients keep saying his tours are amazing. If you'd like to get a free quote for your Latin American vacation, send him a request for a chat about your dream trip (and qualify for a 5% discount).
