Hammerhouse Hires Grant Lupo As Strategic Growth Partner

Mr. Lupo, an experienced mortgage professional with years of experience in servicing, hiring and training mortgage production professionals, is being hired to help manage Hammerhouse's client growth and expand the Company's national mortgage recruiting market share. Mr. Lupo will report directly to Drew Waterhouse, Managing Director of Hammerhouse and be based in Mission Viejo, CA.

Mr. Lupo joins Hammerhouse with over 12 years of experience in servicing, hiring and training mortgage production professionals within the wholesale and retail channels. Most recently, Mr. Lupo was employed as a Wholesale Account Executive at Bay Equity LLC, servicing mortgage brokers and loan officers throughout Southern California. Previously, Mr. Lupo held the position of Wholesale Account Executive at both Security National Mortgage and AmericanHomeKey, Inc. Prior to these positions, Mr. Lupo held various positions at BrokerSource Mortgage, most recently as Sales Manager, where he was responsible for hiring and training new account executives, facilitating their production and delivering key profitability metrics to executive management. Mr. Lupo started his mortgage career at AccuBank Mortgage/National City Mortgage.
