ThinkHR Corporation Appoints Dan Riordan as Chief Operating Officer

Silicon Valley Veteran Brings over 25 years of Executive Management Experience to Leading People-based HR Expert Solutions Company

PLEASANTON, CA, February 15, 2011 (Press-News.org) ThinkHR Corporation, the largest national HR firm specializing in wholesale insurance broker distribution, today announced the appointed of Dan Riordan as Chief Operating Officer. Effective immediately, Mr. Riordan will be responsible for the day-to-day operations management of ThinkHR including driving activities to increase operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and financial results.

Mr. Riordan joins ThinkHR with over 25 years of senior management and sales experience at leading technology start-up companies. Most recently, he was at Level 5 Networks, Inc. (which was acquired by SolarFlare) where he the effort to bring their EtherFabric technology to market. He was hired as VP Sales and Marketing and took over the COO responsibilities which eventually lead to the acquisition of the company by SolarFlare. Prior to Level 5, he was VP of Asia Pacific at Extreme Networks and VP of Sales/Marketing at Optranet (which was acquired by Extreme in 2002) focusing on WAN technologies & Network Management solutions. In addition, he has held leadership roles at SkyStream Networks, C-Cube Microsystems and PMC Sierra. Mr. Riordan is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a BS in Electronic Engineering and has an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
