Ve Interactive, UK Online Efficiency Solutions Provider Launches North American Operation

LONDON, ENGLAND, February 15, 2011 (Press-News.org) Ve Interactive was a recent finalist in the UK's Digital Entrepreneur Awards and its flagship shopping cart abandonment software 'VeCapture' is already being used by scores of online merchants across the UK and Europe. VeCapture recovers 'anonymous' abandoned transactional data that would be otherwise lost in normal web site traffic churn. This data can then be used for remarketing purposes to re-engage and convert those consumers to sales. Uplifts to date have been as high as 40%.

"The acquisition of KeChange's comprehensive digital marketing services, to be delivered in compliment to Ve Interactive's efficiency solutions, will serve us well as a fast growth platform to become the global leader in the performance marketing space," commented Polinsky.

Seasoned entrepreneur, Greg Shlopak will serve as CEO of Ve Interactive North America. Shlopak has already built a hugely successful career in the marketing and technology spaces, originally founding and serving as Chairman of global promotional and marketing company CYRK Inc, valued at almost $1bn on the NASDAQ during its peak. "Ve Interactive's work to date in the UK and Europe has already provided a great test ground for the US market with Ve Interactive's product suite being rolled out across hundreds of merchants there," explained Shlopak. "In the last year alone, $25bn was spent online in retail sales in the United States, yet abandonment statistics are as high as 88 percent! So to now be able to offer US online merchants the ability to harness the revenue potential of their websites' actual failure metrics is a very exciting prospect indeed."
