Top Realtor Lucy Kelts Helps Locals Find Homes with New IDX Technology

Lucy Kelts, Southern California's top Rancho Santa Fe real estate specialist enhanced her website last week to include new IDX MLS technology.

2011-02-15
RANCHO SANTA FE, CA, February 15, 2011 (Press-News.org) Lucy Kelts, Southern California's top Rancho Santa Fe real estate specialist enhanced her website last week to include new IDX MLS technology. "At ranchosantafenewhomes.com we want to make finding Rancho Santa Fe homes easy," said Kelts. "Our clients want to have all the information possible at their fingertips. The IDX MLS technology allows that to happen quickly and effectively."

Kelts' website, created by Laguna Beach-based boutique real estate website firm Virtual Results, is very effective at integrating multiple state of the art technologies. Virtual Results, in partnership with Orange County-based technology provider Diverse Solutions allows users to gain real-time access to rapidly updating real estate listings throughout Southern California. Utilizing a WordPress platform, each real estate website enables live MLS listing data within the site itself. Traditionally, MLS data has only been accessible through a database interface.

"Lucy [Kelts] understands her client's needs and wants. She knows that marketing and design matters, too, but to her, the client comes first," said Virtual Results President Jim Marks. "Kelts wants buyers and sellers to be able find her luxury home website, so they can find the homes they seek." Marks continued to explain, "By offering 5,000+ live pages of MLS property information and hundreds of pages of website content that are 100-percent optimized for real estate SEO, Kelts has found a way to market these properties effectively." When questioned about the ability of the average person to access this information, Marks replied, "Lucy's site has tools designed for real people - not search engines, so anyone can find the information they seek easily."

The nationwide trend amongst leading real estate agents is to resist change and avoid innovation. However, Lucy Kelts continues to distinguish herself in the real estate market with her ability to use innovation. "It's so important in today's real estate market to make the most of technology," said Kelts. "When a client wants to buy or sell a home, efficiency is paramount. The new IDX MLS system allows the most up-to-date and efficient search possible."
