More than 150,000 People Worldwide Now Use Sleeptracker for a Better Start to the Day

Sleep-monitoring watch makes waking easier for customers in nearly 60 countries

2011-02-16
ATLANTA, GA, February 16, 2011 (Press-News.org) Innovative Sleep Solutions' sleep-monitoring and wake-up device, SLEEPTRACKER (www.sleeptracker.com), is now helping more than 150,000 people worldwide wake up feeling refreshed. With the appearance of a standard wristwatch, SLEEPTRACKER Elite monitors the wearer's sleep patterns to detect the best possible waking time - allowing the wearer to wake up from a light sleep stage feeling more refreshed and alert.

"I knew I had developed a product that met a huge need of the general population - the desire to get a good night's sleep and to feel more energized in the morning," said Lee Loree, developer of SLEEPTRACKER. "I could have never predicted the product would see the steady sales we have seen since 2005. SLEEPTRACKER has been a phenomenal success."

Launched in 2005, SLEEPTRACKER was cash-flow positive after the first month in business andprofitable after six months. Since then, the company has seen substantial growth every year and has never experienced a negative sales month. The completely virtual business has been profitable every quarter since 2005, even in the downturned economy.

SLEEPTRACKER has been a success in the Unites States, but also overseas. In addition to selling to customers in nearly 60 countries, Innovative Sleep Solutions has established agreements with distributors in more than 35 countries. These distributors have experienced strong sales growth with the product and continue to make re-orders.

The third and most recent addition to the product suite, the SLEEPTRACKER Elite Series sleep-monitoring watch, features a 25 percent reduction in size, as well as different versions suited for a male and female. SLEEPTRACKER Elite is the world's first sleep-monitoring watch to track sleep data and upload it to a PC - providing insight into lifestyle factors that may affect sleep and helping people wake refreshed and alert.

With SLEEPTRACKER Elite, users can upload 12 hours of sleep data via USB to the desktop - providing a look into personal sleeping habits. Users can compare data and see when, where and why they are getting the best nights of quality sleep. By manually inputting daily sleep factors, users can determine what lifestyle choices negatively affect their sleep patterns.

SLEEPTRACKER Elite Series builds upon the success of the SLEEPTRACKER PRO. Like the PRO, the Elite tracks the physical movements associated with a light sleep stage by housing an internal accelerometer. Users simply select a window of time in which they need to be awoken (say between 7 and 7:30 a.m.) and SLEEPTRACKER Elite will sound the alarm at the first instance it detects the user is in a light sleep stage - waking the user refreshed and alert.
